Shipping & Return Policies:
We want you to love it. If you don't, you can return it for up to 7 days after delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. All return items must have original tags and packaging; and has not been installed, used, or modified. We stand by our products - if your order arrives damaged or defective or you'd like to order replacement parts, we can help right away.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, you may conveniently request replacement parts via email@example.com or you may call us up at 91 33 40734066 between Monday-Friday from 1100 HOURS – 1900 HOURS.
Our goal is to make buying online easy, safe and efficient.
If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned under our standard return policy. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us.
If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.
Cancellation Terms: Cancellation can be accepted only if the order has not been shipped.
Refund Terms: Refund will be processed through the same online mode in 10-15 working days and instead of paying back the amount, we shall give you back Reward Points of equal value.
Delivery Terms: Ususal delivery period is 7-10 days. We also have express deliveries, attached with some additional costs, where deliveries will be made in 24 hours.
